Yoga can help reduce pain because tense muscles often contribute to pain. Becoming a yoga instructor can provide you with the lasting knowledge that you are improving the lives of your students. You can then examine these emotions and let go of those that do not serve you.
Find a little time to dedicate to it every day and you will begin to feel more calm, certain and relaxed than you thought possible. Do something you really enjoy.
